Does Magpie Jewellery Company Require Me To Register to Shop Online?                                                                                       

Yes, any persons wanting to shop on the online store will be required to register an online profile. The Profile aids in a more personal and convenient shopping experience.

What Happens If I’m Unhappy With Any Product Offered by Magpie Jewellery Company?                                                                           

Magpie Jewellery Company aims for ultimate customer satisfaction and will be happy to correct any problem faced by our clients by returning any product. You can return or exchange items within 7 days of it being delivered. Items being returned should meet the following requirements:

-The jewellery/accessories must be unworn.

-The original packaging needs to be included

-Contact us within 7 days of receipt of package via email so we can process your return/exchange.

– All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged)

– Return shipping on undamaged jewellery must be paid for by the customer

For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

– There are no returns or exchanges on sale items

– Rings sizes are clearly marked and cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect sizing.

– Magpie Jewellery Company inspects all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration prior to shipment so it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately about any imperfections.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO RETURNS 

1.      If any client is unhappy with any purchased made from the Magpie Jewellery Company online store, they are able to return such product for a credit or exchange, as long as the items are in a sell-able condition (IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING) and are not more than 7 (seven) calendar days in the procession of the client. Returns are performed by the courier service utilized by Magpie Jewellery Company, before any return is processed and approved clients are required to provide Magpie Jewellery Company with photographic proof of the defect/fault/quality issue related to the product they wish to return.

2.      Due to Health related concerns/reasons, Magpie Jewellery Company does not accept returns on earrings and nose rings, unless the client has received a defective product from Magpie Jewellery Company. In which case a credit or replacement product will be sent to the client upon authentication of defective product.

Magpie Jewellery Company is always ready and able to assist any client that has forgotten their password. By clicking of the “FORGOT PASSWORD” link in the sign in page will result in a reset link being sent to the email associated with the client’s profile.

How Long Does It Take To Deliver My Order?

Orders take between 7-10 working days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) to get to you. The charge associate with delivery is R70.00- R100.00. Clients are able to track their orders online using the unique shipping code given once the clients order is processed, shipping numbers are sent to clients via email/Whatsapp. A notification of shipping and when the order is delivered to the given address will be sent to clients via email/whatsapp. NOTE: any order that is being settled using EFT will only be processed once the associated funds have reflected in the Magpie Jewellery Company’s Account. Reflection of associated funds may take up to 48 hour, depending on the bank the client uses. Any order that has not been paid for within 72 hours will be cancelled and products will be put back onto the site.

Free Delivery Over R600.00? How Does It Work?

PLEASE NOTE: clients in outlying areas may potentially have to be charged a fee for delivery. Should you be affected by this, an email will be sent to you to update you on any information you will need. Packages that weigh more than 3kg will be charged a delivery fee of R50.00.

How Does Magpie Jewellery Company Get My Order To Me?

Magpie Jewellery Company delivers to both home and work addresses stipulated by our clients. Certain areas in South Africa cannot be reached by courier services. If your address falls into this category, you will be notified. Clients are encouraged to stipulate a suitable daytime address and time where someone will be available to receive the order. Deliveries of orders will only will only be sent out on work days (NOT WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS).

Where Does Magpie Jewellery Company Deliver To?

Magpie Jewellery Company Delivers to all major cities in South Africa, and too many outlying areas. Magpie Jewellery Company does not currently ship outside South Africa but will be doing so very soon.

Is There a Cost Associated With Returns?

Any cost associated with returns will be communicated with the client before package is picked up. Costs vary according to the location our client is based, no delivery costs will be refunded unless clients receive defective goods by Magpie Jewellery Company. The Magpie Jewellery Company do not receive returns via post.

 

ITEMS MAGPIE JEWELLERY COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT AS RETURNS

The Magpie Jewellery Company does not accept returns on earring, nose rings or piercing due to hygiene and health related concerns. Earring, nose rings or piercing will only be replaced or the amount credited to the clients account if products are received damaged/defective. Items bought on sale are not refundable or exchangeable.

The courier company utilized by Magpie Jewellery Company will collect any returns at the client’s designated address. Requirement for Return:

·  All Items Returned must be in good condition and are in original packaging with all tags still attached.

· Cost of Returns will be the responsibility of the client unless products have been received damaged/defective

· Client only receive their credit or exchange once items are received by Magpie Jewellery Company and authorized to be returned.

No One Received The Package? What Happens Now?

The courier company utilized by Magpie Jewellery Company will attempt to contact any client that was unable to receive their order on the arranged date and time. After a second attempt at delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Magpie Jewellery Company and the client will be credited with the amount of the order minus the cost associated with delivering the order and the cost associated with packaging the order.

Can Someone Other Than Myself Receive My Order?

Yes, anyone you deem fit will be able to receive your Magpie Jewellery Company order. However, Magpie Jewellery Company will not be held liable for any person a client chooses to receive the order/ any person that receives the package that the client has not authorized.

Can I Cancel My Order/Return My Order?

Clients are able to cancel orders up until the point the order has been processed, once orders have reached this stage, the normal returns procedure will take place.

How Do Credits/Replacements of Products Happen?

Credits or replacements are only completed once products have been received by Magpie Jewellery Company Beauty and found to be defective/damaged or approved for return. Which can be 14 days from day of receiving products. NO REFUNDS, only credits or exchanges are processed.
